Kakobuy warehouse photo checklist
Use QC photos as the moment to slow down. The item is no longer just a link, so check the real shape, size, finish, color, and shipping impact before you approve it for your parcel.
Photo coverage checks
- Make sure the photos show the exact item, not only a seller image or a cropped warehouse thumbnail.
- Check front, back, side, label, tag, sole, zipper, clasp, or close-up angles depending on the category.
- Ask for additional photos when a flaw, logo, measurement, or material texture is hidden.
- If the same issue appears in more than one angle, treat it as a real problem instead of lighting.
Measurement checks
- For clothing, compare chest, length, shoulder, sleeve, waist, rise, inseam, and leg opening with an item you already own.
- For shoes, confirm regional size conversion and review whether the seller says the pair fits small or large.
- For bags and accessories, confirm dimensions so the item is not smaller, thinner, or bulkier than expected.
- Do not rely on tagged size only. A warehouse measurement can catch mistakes before international shipping.
Finish and material checks
Look for uneven stitching, shifted prints, weak embroidery, rough cuts, glue marks, loose threads, thin fabric, wrong hardware color, weak panel shape, and tags that do not match the listing. One small flaw may be acceptable. Several weak details together usually mean the item is not worth shipping.
Category-specific checks
- Shoes: toe shape, heel curve, sole paint, stitching, symmetry, tongue shape, and insole size.
- Hoodies and shirts: fabric weight, print scale, collar, sleeve length, shoulder width, ribbing, and wash tag.
- Bags: strap length, zipper line, hardware finish, panel alignment, interior photos, and structure.
- Watches and jewelry: close-up finish, engraving, clasp, dial alignment, bracelet links, and visible scratches.
Shipping checks
Before submitting a parcel, review item weight, packaging choices, shipping line restrictions, insurance, and whether keeping original boxes is worth the extra volume. The cheapest item on the product page is not always the cheapest item after shipping.
Approve, return, or request more photos
Approve only when the photos answer your main questions. Request more photos when the item might be fine but the evidence is weak. Return or exchange when the wrong size, wrong option, poor finish, or obvious defect would bother you after delivery.
Where to browse after checking
If the item fails QC, return to the relevant category and compare alternatives instead of replacing it with the first similar link you find.
